Of course! When you find something you like, select the options. At checkout, choose the option "Pick Up In Store" and place your order.You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.Stop into the store to pick up your order.We'll hold your order for 30 days, so stop by soon!

How should I wash my uniforms?

Do not wash your uniform tops, sweatshirts, and sweatpants with liquid fabric softener.
What happens if I wash my uniforms with fabric softener?

As soft as they may feel, it will deteriorate the adhesive in the logo.
Are fabric sheets okay to use?

Of course, fabric sheets will not cause any damage to your uniforms!.

What is the return policy for RED DOT UNIFORMS?

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery with a receipt for a full refund (this does not include embroidered items or customized orders, these may NOT be returned). If no receipt is present upon return, you will receive store credit.
How long does it take to receive my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-7 business days.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please call us at our shop ASAP: (626) 401-2923. Should any customer place an order and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued.
